The services include personalized diet plans, consultations, and other related offerings. The advice provided is based on your health information and goals.
All appointments are booked in advance and confirmed via email or SMS.
All payments for services must be made upfront via Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for this purpose.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee (see below).

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Refunds for services will only be provided if cancellations are made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Certain services, such as personalized diet plans that have already been delivered, are non-refundable.
